Exclusivity and Territory

Q: My current market is saturated with companies selling the same product. Does GutterDome offer exclusivity?
A: Yes. Every authorized dealer receives a Semi-Exclusive Protected Territory in their Designated Market Area (DMA). This territory is valued at $25,000 to $100,000 fair market value — and we provide it at no cost.

Q: How is my territory defined?
A: Territories are defined by Designated Market Area (DMA) — the same system used by national advertisers. This ensures clear boundaries and no overlap between dealers.

Product and Inventory

Q: What happens when I place an order — how fast do you ship?
A: We guarantee to ship your product order within two (2) business days. If we miss that window, shipping is FREE. This is an industry-first in-stock guarantee that means you never have to tell a customer their installation is delayed.

Q: What products are available?
A: We offer a full Good-Better-Best lineup: GutterDome GD45 Adjustable (our flagship), GutterDome Magma (enhanced mesh with optional heat cable), and both styles for 5-inch and 6-inch gutters. Every product is manufactured from 6063 extruded aluminum with a clear anodized finish.

Leads and Marketing

Q: Does GutterDome charge for leads?
A: No. All corporate-generated consumer leads in your territory are emailed to you free of charge. We invest in national marketing — you close the leads locally.

Q: What marketing support do you provide?
A: Dealers earn 5.0% Co-Op advertising dollars based on invoiced product purchases. You also get access to our Website Templating System and quarterly promotional materials for both peak and off-peak seasons.

Agreements and Pricing

Q: Will GutterDome change my dealer agreement without notice?
A: No. Any amendment to a Dealer Agreement will only occur with mutual consent. We believe in long-term partnerships built on trust.

Q: What does it cost to become a dealer?
A: There is no franchise fee or upfront cost to become an authorized GutterDome dealer. You purchase product as needed with our tiered volume pricing — including Truckload Pricing for large drop-ship orders.
